business: i am freelancing on an international and tele-work basis as a conceptional and social integrator, mainly in the context of industrial research projects/proposals (EC FP6/7) which basically means that i am coordinating international projects and facilitating community building/ tele-collaboration besides offering some soft-skill training and personnel development workshops and mediation/ conflict management. all very straightforward for a learned nurse and studied theologian... hire me! ;)
